Hi my 2001 toyota landcruiser colorada 3lt has a problem with its gears. Going up gears slowly and not always going into top two sometimes does if you lift foot. Really sick as this is the second major problem as already replaced gearbox due to water from radiator going into gearbox last year and not wanting to have to go through that again as was off road for six months till we found the right gearbox. Can't believe something major again as love driving it but slowly think its time to get rid as begining to cost too much.
Thanks hope somebody will be able to help me .
Andy
I would think it is just a case of adjusting the kickdown cable.

Does it have a kick down cable or is it electronic ?
Andy
Not sure but you will see a big cable similar to the throttle cable going down to the gearbox, worth a look anyway.

I think you will get a better answer on the other side (TLOCuk).
