hello mate
just have us guided with reason of the fuel pump change.
secondly - please advise what is going on when ckranked? any sparks are heard?
HAve you tested all four glow plugs? have you tested both SCVs? Have you measured cmpression rate in each cylinder?
Cheers/Igor

Thank you for your reply

Let me first explain in details the problem with my car

1: First I experience a problem when I start a car in the morning or when it stays for a long time example 8 hours, the car start well but it can't stay at a Silence unless I push the accelarator i.e it start well and unless I push accelerator it shut down

There is no spark heard

2: I sent the car to the technician who sugest that I should change the fuel pump and all four spark plug but the problem persist. The advised that the thermo switch and silencer sensor should be changed, he changed only the thermo swicth but the problem persist.

3: The technician also say there is overflow of petrol in the combustion chamber, he think that could also bring about the problem

4: Also the technician has observed some oil in the breezer pipe and he say that may be ring piston are worn out

hello again
1. is yr car petrol or diesel? as vissible yrs is diesel but it is not clear yr statement as overflow with petrol (?????)
2. try to change fuel filter. In case the engine is shut down after have started - it might be the first reason with filter clogging;
in other woeds -- the diesel portion is only enouth for starting and after no sufficient fuel is available -- but the vacuum criated by the pump pulls (sucts) diesel to fill in this empty space of fuel tube/s. I'd experiences the very similar in my first sierra.
3. start frm compression measuring in order not to guess what is going on.
Cheers/Igor
