Just wondering really.
I'm looking for a s/h T180, and was hoping for a blue of one shade or another. However, the majority of the T180 for sale are yew green. I know it's an exclusive colour for the T180, but how many have actually got this colour? There is one blue within a reasonable distance from me, but it's priced £1k more than all the other local (yew green) T180s. When I spoke to the dealer, he seemed to justify it by saying no-one wants a green car, and that's why there are so many green ones for sale!! So is green really that popular? (I suspect that the dealer was just talking a load of bull!!)

Wanted T180 Owners
I work for an engineering research company who are investigating the Toyota T180 EGR Valve and Cooler. (This can be Corolla verso, Avensis or rav4)

586 engineering are an automotive research company investigating the effect of environmental conditions on vehicle parts, on behalf of vehicle manufacturers. The data we gather is used by manufacturers to improve their future vehicles.

We are looking for 2x of these parts with at least 6,200miles and 2x owners with 12,400miles.

We are looking for four T180 owners who would agree to having these parts removed from their vehicles, which we will replace them with brand new genuine Toyota parts.

This work will be done at your local Toyota dealer (nominated by the owner)

Alternatively this operation takes approximately one hour and can be done at a nominated address (your work or home) by our technicians.

The owner will receive:

Copy of invoice from Toyota dealer for parts and labour
A letter from 586 engineering explaining why the parts have been swapped
£250 pounds compensation for taking part in the project

If you have the a matching vehicle and would be will to take part in this research project i would be very grateful if you would drop me an email.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in contact
