I have been very keen to try Bio Fuels, not only for the environment but I have been led to believe that they are cheaper...problem is will the Rav4 run on it without any major changes to the engine...my car gives me a regular 30 to the gallon in winter with 34 to the gallon in summer and is running a K&N direct air filter with the original air filter assembly removed and a fresh air scoup mounted under the bumper supplying cool air in summer, this is blanked off in winter.

I believe they will run quite happily on the B20 blend of 80% dino-juice and 20% bio that it is possible to buy on forecourts in the UK.
