Drove to Bury to watch Everton, we won 1-0 with some solid performances from some of the youngsters, at the end we all legged it onto the pitch & my mate's brother got Victor Anichebe's shirt for his son who was with us, we came home & went into a local where we found out that the team Everton took to Northern Ireland won 2-0, before sitting in the sun for a pint. Life feels so good right now

This is my thread & I wasn't actually expecting any replies so hijack away.

As for Forest & County merging that's up there with the worst ideas in the history of football, & there have been a lot of really crap ideas, the fans simply wouldn't stand for it. I remember hearing about Forest winning a cup during the early years & point blank refusing to take it because it said "Notts Forest" so there's no chance of that happening. It'd be difficult enough to convince fans to share a ground, let alone club, & trust me about that from a fan of a club that were toying with that idea a few years ago.
