Abs.
Hello all,

I have a brief post in the introduction's section, but thought I would say hello to you guys here too!

My name is Abs and I'm from Leicester. Have just commited to buy a 3 month old (57 plate), Rav 4 XT-R D-4D (with leather), with 1500 miles on the clock. In Carbon Quartz (greyish colour).

Am very excited! Should be collecting it this weekend. It's the first "4x4" I've ever had, and have heard such good things about them!

Coming from a prodominantly Audi background, it makes a pleasant change. The Audi dealer network is one of the worst I have ever experienced, so would like to hear about people's experiences of the Toyota dealer network. The second car remains an Audi S8 which I have had for a few years now.

Will be getting pics up as soon as I get it!

Thanks! :D

Thanks!

Funny you should say that, as I'm after the side steps for the car! And have just seen your other post (last week), stating the price you can get them for! Excellent. I will be in touch next week to order a pair!

Welcome to the club Abs.

There are no major skeletons in the cupboard with your new motor so enjoy.

It does help if you are completely off your rocker and can understand deepest darkest Scottish if you are to get anywhere on the forum - oh and posting some pics is the law.

Cheers

Your car looks excellent mate! Definately will be getting the steps from Kingo, not sure about the bar though... If the price is good, then why not! lol Have bought it from main dealer, they are down south, but the local Toyota dealer is transporting the car here.

Also, what's the silver bit right at the bottom of the front bumper? From what I remember, mine doesn't have that, is that part of the style pack?
