Hi,
My engine management light is on and error P1152 (Bank 1 Sensor 2) is showing. I have changed the sensor and cleared the codes but it's still happening.
I have even put the old sensor into Bank 2 (this was thought to be faulty) but the fault is still showing as Bank 1 Sensor 2.
I am now suspecting that the fault is on the wiring to the sensor plug but does anyone have any idea how to check this?
Thanks,
Tony

Guessing you have a recent RAV seeing as ye live in Nottingham. Might be helpful for others if you post up details of your cars age; mileage; series; colour; diesel or petrol; otherwise we'll be guessing its Robin Hoods carriage. By the way, is it green???

It's a 2001, 2.0 petrol, 77,000 miles. And yes it's green!!!

P1152 is not listed on my Toyota list (ie codes starting with 1) but I thought they were the same as the generic codes. P0152 is Bank 2 Sensor 1(not B1S2?) High volts. Makes a change from heater circuit failures such as my two.

Sorry, fault is P1155 (Bank 1, Sensor 2).
Any suggestions?

Wouldn't be my area but Googled this

Then that is still Bank 2 Sensor 1 and is the heater circuit. They usually go o/c after about 5 years. I believe they should be about 15 ohms.
