i have a 1985 toyota hilux dual cab with a 2.4 deisel, that i bought just to bash around the bush in. i cooked the engine. my mate gave me a 1995 toyota hilux with a 3 ltr deisel engine in it. can i swap the engines. both cars arent worth much and i dont really want to spend too much getting mine fixed. can any one help me please

It can be done, but a real pain in the a** as the wiring/ECU is different between the two engines.
