i have a 04 lc5 landcrusier with full screen sat nav i ejected the sat nav dvd disk under the seat to see what disk i had to see about upgrading it when i put it back in the screen says cant read disk what am i doing wrong the sat nav worked perfect before i removed the disk has any one else had this problem
