02 Avensis Engine Out

:( I ve got to replace the cam chain tensioner on the avensis 02 vvti and would like some advice on the easyist way of doing it :D ,ive stripped the engine to the steering pump and drive shafts, the pump looks hard to get at ,any ideas ;) and do i remove the engine with gear box or without :o and engine up or down,any advice at all would be of help ;) ;) ;) :D

The engine does'nt need to come out for the timming chain.

the tensioner just unbolts from the rear of the engine, held in by 2 10mm nuts takes about five minutes to change it
