Avensis D4d Cambelt

I am about to change my cambelt for the second time at 100k miles. At 50k I did not change the idler or the tensioner, as all seemed well. Does anyone have any information on the need to change anything other than the belt at 100k (toyota recommend 120k), or have any experience of failures.
