Avensis - Wood Effect Dash Trim

Hi everyone

I recently saw some photos of a mark II avensis interior, sporting some really nice wood trim, on the doors and across the centre of the dashboard (where the cupholder and passenger seatbelt warning light are situated).

Firstly, how do you remove the standard trim from the dash?

I know if the door cards are removed, there are screws to remove from the inside.

Secondly, where can you get hold of the wood effect trim? Does Mr.T sell this, or is this the product of some special aftermarket custom paintwork?

Any advice welcome.

Hello gents,,, just registered on the Toyota club and noticed this post  

3M adhesive trim from the following link  http://dash-trim.co.uk/92-toyota   As a Lexus owner I do like a bit of veneer but don't over do it.  Another question was how do you remove trim:; this stuff just sticks onto existing trim however may not have legends printed.
