Open door and release the handbrake then sit in...

Someone posted something similar on here once and it was the rear brakes squeeling as the weight of the driver got in and compressed the rear suspension....

Something like that anyway but try it, you never know!! ;)

Getting in and out will cause the car to move slightly. Get someone else to get in and out and try and listen where the sound is coming from (preferably the same size and weight as you).

Obvious moving parts would be brakes against discs as Raeman said, could be shocks as they go up or down with a persons weight, springs maybe or something could be loose.
