Yaris T Sport Turbo Questions And Advice Needed.

Hi again.

Yet another question on turbos etc.

I was looking at various turbos for the yaris T sport.

Any advice out there with all the members.

Was looking at the bolt on greddy which claims to be 160-180bhp? Is that right?

Also was looking at the bliz which is nearly 3k compared to the greddy at around 1.6k.

Any other ones I might look at. HKS/TTE??

Also what about the ecu and tuning to turbo and gear linkage?

Any advice and links/help needed. Who does the fitting and work and are bolt on kits worth it? Has anyone out there got the kits and bits on there yaris, any feedback appreicated. :( :(

thanks.

Sounds over ambitious to me... the engine is not all that strong and your looking at 150bhp max (I think that is 0.7 boost on the terbo?). Rev limiter should be kept on... seen ones without it blow.

Also it will work out cheaper to exchange your car for a Ford Fiesta ST with 148bhp or Fabia VRS with about 310nM. Alsom mdified cars lose value more.

Yaris T-Sport is a fun city car and IMO should be kep mint and original becuase so few cars compaire to it. If you feel the need to race people an extra 3k you could have a Civic Type R or a modern Family Diesel will be very quick if you want to keep running costs low... trust me my Auris 2.0 D-4D kiks the T-Sport's ***** for raw motorway/carrageway power but very few cars have it all.
