someone please help me quick. i have my 2003 avensis drivers side door almost apart. its about to rain and i cant get the linkage out of the door handle. there is a plasic clip i have flicked off but the metal rod bit wont come out so i can remove the unit. my wife is going off her trolley. i live in the country so nothing is open. at least if i get the unit out i can test it out and maybe even fix it.

please please please someone help me
