Gear Sticking

my gear box is sticking going from 2nd to 3rd it seems to be sticking to the left and not going in to neutral without force.

anyone exeperienced a problem like this ? and if so whats the fix.

I suspect a problem with the cables as one is dedicated to the left/right movement. If it is still under warranty, let the dealer look. If not come back and I'll find you some pdf's.

Gear change cables.pdf

Check that the cables move freely and pay particular attention to the brackets on the gearbox to make sure the are not loose or broken.

cheers for that !

tightening the lock nut just by hand has made it 90% better it still feels a bit tight but it`s not too bad now.

i guess i may tighten with a wrench if it happens again.
