Rav4 Satellite Navigation Disc

I I have just purchased a RAV4 XT5 door 2.0 VVT-i manual with a factory fitted Sat Nav System. I have attempted to find out if there is a map update for the UK where I am based, which I guess there is as mine is dated 2007-2008. The site asks for a 'current part number' and indicates a serial number on the DVD. My DVD doesn't have one so I am unable to enter anything. The disc ID is 86271-60w360 but all I get is a message saying 'no product found with that disc id'.

My system appears from the on-screen images to be Gen 05 -TNS700

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Geoff

Hi Geoff

I'm pretty sure that the latest disk part number is PZ485-X03EU-09.

Try sending a message to Parts-King asking for the price (it wont be cheap!)

Hope that helps :)

Thanks for your fast reply but that doesn't work. I need the part number of the disc (2007-2008) that I have already and there isn't on on the disc. have a look at the this link and click the 'what is this'. I have tried all sorts of numbers to no avail.

Thanks

The number I have given you is the parts number that the dealer would use to order the disk

The number you need to put into the website is printed on the box of disks you should've got with the car (I'll bet a few quid you only got one disk!)

If you message Parts-King he can give you a price and even post them to you if you want to order them

Indeed it is Bothy, but how much is it to employ a nice lady to read it to you?

Good job you didn't bet on it as I actually got 4 discs covering all of Europe. They are of course all 2007-2008. The latest is 2009 I believe but am only interested in UK update. Thanks for the info, £4.99 sounds very cheap.

The disks come as a set, so you can't buy the UK one only.

The DVD box that the disks came in has the disk number to put into the map update website. Or you can order them from your local dealer/Parts-King using the parts number already mentioned
