my dads got a toyota corona 2.0 and one ever delt with these before as i cant find alot about them ?

Sorry friend but you wont find much about those here.... not seen any owners post before and I didn't think they were on sale in the UK...

They were sold in the UK as Carinas (and in Europe) so they will essentially be the same car.

On sale between 1957 and 2002, and more recent versions have seen the use of the 3S-GE engine a LEGEND and also the most recent version uses the 2.0l 3S-FE. Both engines are 2.0l so your dad probably has one of those two.

We did sell the Corona TT132 model in the UK. It was a 1.8 litre engine with a 3T unit in it. The first ever models imported into the UK were Corona's but not a Primo model. I think what you have is a Jap import, get the engine and model code off it and post it up, somebody should be able to help you

I have a Corona Premio G 2.0 Auto. You won't get any UK help with this car. Best bet is to join a few of the Asian clubs where this car still has a following. I've been trying for over a month to find a person that actually knows about these cars in the UK, waste of a month lol
