I have not experienced this problem with any Toyota I have owned, or any other make of car I have owned.

Out of curiosity I did a Google search on “Toyota Yaris Algeria” and read that Toyota had increased its sales of the Mk11 Yaris by %14.1 last year, I would bet the Temperatures in Algeria would probably match that of London In the Summer.

Therefore, if the car is still under Warranty, I would get the Door seals Removed/replaced and re, glued (Unusual to have door seals Glued in place though, they are normally just a push fit)This may be a Mod? as there was water seeping past the inner part of the Door real?

Probably Toyota uses different material for Algeria model. But my Yaris is just one year old(!) and this is something that really upsets me.

You have every reason to be upset, this should not have happened in our climate. = If you Call at your local Toyota Dealership I'm sure they will be able to rectify this problem for you under Warranty, I have always found them to be very attentive, courteous, and helpful.

Its only a bit of door membrane silicone lol.

You cant deny its been very hot the last couple of months and the silicon has become very hot and started to spread down.

Easily removed - just take it to your dealer and ask them to get their valeters to clean it off, no big drama.

Mart.
