My son got his first tattoo today (very proud moment lol) and I think it looks absolutely stunning.

He is well chuffed with it, cracking job IMO.

What do you think?

If you want to have more children why not get something you can add to later.

I like the birth stone idea. To make it original why not get a bracelet or anklet done with the stone looking like a charm, then as you have more children you can add another charm/birthstone.

To represent a child why not a toy car, and if you want to make it more personal to your son add his initials or birth date as the number plate. Boys don't ever grow out of liking cars I don't think.

It might not necessarily represent a child but what about a cigar with a gold strip and his initials or birth date. They used to always hand cigars out when babies were born.

What about a mother and baby animal. Something like a mother monkey and her baby on her back, or a mother dog and her puppy. You can chose any animal you like.

You could go the obvious and get a baby bottle or dummy/pacifier with a blue ribbon attached.

I hope some of these give you a few ideas.
