toyota celica Gt 1991 twin cam----please help i am trying to get a timing belt back on, after part removing it to change it, to find out that i could not get the cam shaft off. but in trying to get it back on it does not seem to fit anymore and ive followed the manual for getting it back on, but won't go on,

can anyone suggest a solution
