94 Celica Radio Questions

I was wondering what size radio does a '94 celica take so I can easily install it. The current one doesn't even come on so hopefully it is an easy fix.

any recomendations on radios? I want to be able to have an audio plug so I can connect my Ipod or laptop to it.

A standard DIN 'E' stereo from the like of Halfords will fit the Celica, I fitted a standard Kenwood to my ST202, but you'd be advised the easiest fitment is using an ISO adaptor which clicks into the Celica loom and will fit any standard unit. You can get them in most car audio suppliers or eBay.

I'd recommend Panasonic, pioneeror,kenwood..., avoid the cheap brands if you enjoy good quality sound.

I had a Sony in mine, good sound cos of the X-bass facility and they do either MP3 or USB ports on the front. Like seranut said, Halfords is your best bet as they will be able to sort you out with the stereo and adaptor and they normally have a sale on.
