Bonnet Scoop

Was thinking about making a bonnet for the summer months with a scoop directed in the area of the induction kit and baffle around the induction kit to make a cold air area with a slight amount of ram air pressure. May even get a closed air induction system.

Was going to paint it matt black on a thunder grey (silver) corolla do you lot think it would look stupid. Going to keep my standard bonnet for when weather turn bad again.

Opinions would be good.

Probably not my cup of tea to be honest but would be interested to see if someone could photoshop something just to see what it looked like.

i saw a nice one on here before that looked pretty good. only a small subtle one in the middle on a compressor.

i think it could look cool. especially like the one abovegoing straight into the air filter. with maybe a rubber seal around the filter box that joins it to the bonnet... hmmmm

Yeh that's the sort I ment or may be a small raised one.

A direct feed to a coustom made air box with a induction filter in it.

What about a black bonnet on a silver t sport?
