Hi all, i'm a newbie. just bought a rav4 xt5 on a 55 plate. love the car but the sat navigation system doesnt seem to be working properly with regards the faceplate tilting and opening. is it supposed to stay in the car all the time? does the plate come off. when i press the tilt or open button it making a whirring sound and moves slightly but thats it. any ideas??
