Speaker Installement ? Carina E Rear Doors

Hey ! Just bought myself a Toyota Carina E 93mod. I've installed new Speakers in the front doors wich was very easy .. but When I got to the back doors I stumbeled onto a problem ... how do I remove the Manual Window raiser thingy ?? Any of you guys/girls know how to to it ? :] My Old Saab 99 76mod. I didn't have that problem :P Thanks in advance :] /E
