It's a wolf in sheep's clothing!!! :yahoo:

Which is the 3rd gen of a 3sgte? The ST-215?

Great conversion! The 3sgte is one of the best engines that TOYOTA ever made.

I don't see the intercooler. Have you brought it down behind the front bumper?

Can I assume that you race your car or do regular track days? Love the fact that it's got the go but imo it's looking a bit rough around the edges ;)

I didn't see any airvent on the hood, this is why I assumed that he had replaced the standard intercooler with another one (aftermarket) behind the front bumper.

It is a usual thing they do when installing a 3sgte engine to increase the power.

p.s. I thought that the picture of the engine bay was an old one from when the engine was installed, as there was not even an airfilter/airbox or even a Battery...

no the picture is resent i just dint put an air filter

and the Battery is in the trunk because of the limited space under the hood

ill take picture this weekend of the intercooler set up

just wack a cheap cone filter on the end! eBay? dont know much about this stuff but its making me sad thinking all the effort gone into that engine swap could be undone with all the crap sucked into the engine. look at the dirt in the engine bay, wont all that dirt will be inside the engine too? :(

plus it will sound great on that beast!
