Inlet Manifold Gasket

Hello all, new to the forum and looking for help.

I need to change the inlet manifold gasket and toyota have asked for £400 in return....it appears to be leaking oil?

I have brought the gasket from them for £8 and wonder if it is something i can do myself, being a novice at mechanics. Any specialist tools or information needed? I have trawled the internet looking for a Haynes for this model and they don't do one, bugger!

I have a 1997 Avensis 2.0 TD GS
