Haynes Manual Issues

I have a 1.5 T Sport. I know the Haynes manual does not cover the T Sport officially. However what aspects that relate to a T Sport does it cover? If none or very few can anyone recommend a suitable manual for home maintenance purposes and servicing (not a major overhaul or engine rebuild).

Hello, near the top of the Yaris forum page is some pinned info about downloading a service manual which does cover the 1.5 engine etc

regards Pete.

Thanks Pete. Don't want to sound ungrateful but downloaded the link and looked at manual. Very detailed in parts e.g. Replacing ABS Components but no info on just changing Brake Pads. Anyone got views on what Haynes covers for 1.5 Sport or suggest a more general manual?

Regards, David

I bought an hour's time and downloaded all Yaris d4d engine stuff: flat out.. (not in Haynes either)

Or find the parts here..http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/

That looks great. Did it download in pdf format. Was one hour OK or were you pushed for time? My download is at 5Gb

One hour was Really NOT enough. My download is 10 MPS: the site is limiting factor iirc

Two would be fine.. do the sums.

Set up a directory first. For speed, save as original file name ... and change afterwards..

My advice is plan very carefully before you start including going to the loo as you will be too busy when it starts and you don't want to ...:-)
