What hid kits are you using

what wattage bulbs?

Is it a AC or DC kit ?

I think I just want to fit a dip beam kit.

Any pics of fittment and with them on would be great

I'v got the same conundrum, what kit do I go for?.

This is the one im leaning towards just because the ballast looks of better build quality and is much smaller than the others I'v seen on eBay.

So everyone that has fitted their hids, have you all removed your bumper to fit them?

Just wondering if everyone has fitted the ballasts in the same place? to the side of the front slam pannel?

yeah, bumper has to come off!!

my ballasts are taped to 1) under my o/s headlamp 2) on the side of my Battery....

Took my bumper and headlights out to install them indeed.

Works so much easier :)

About the ballasts, I just hung them where I had some place :P

I covered them, to avoid them getting wet, and some mousse around them, to catch most shocks while driving.

Grtz

Thanks for the spellcheck lol . The bumper doesn't have to come off ,mine were installed without removing it .the ballast for the offside is attached to the wing ,and the nearside of the Battery bracket .I think 6k looks the best without goin all chavy while still actually lighting up the road

Ooh. Which bulbs are needed for the led fogs? I'd like to get them done as well.

I wonder if it would be feesable to get yellow led's or if it would shine through yellow film ok....

if i remember correctly its H11 ibought the 68 smd versions and you get enough light on the road at dark but havent used them in fog as have not had any since installing them lol but i tend to avoid the bad weather driving anyway :D so im guessing pretty much for cosmetic use
