Tns 700 Large Screen Will Not Open

hi just purcased T3S on a 07 plate car is very good , but i have a strange problem with radio/sat nav .Sat nav works fine radio and cd ok also .The problem is the screen will not open .It will tilt and when it is opened manually and ignition is turned of it will close correctly.Neither cd nor dvd will eject,no lights by cd or dvd .Otherwise everything OK .I have checked both fuses under steering wheel both seem ok .Is there anything else i can try ?
