Rav4 Aux Interface

Hello

I am new here and I hope that I posted the topic in right place.

Let's get to the point.

I have to do some modifications on Toyota RAV4. Year of production 2007. Multimedia type B9004

I really don't know is that multimedia name good, I haven't seen it yet. The man called me on phone and asked if I can do this.

So he wants to connect some kind of interface to the CD-changer or loader(I don't know how you call it) that will server as AUX in.

I did some poor research and found this.

Not sure if any of this is good.

Do you have some experience and any advice for me

Thank you.

Hi and welcome on board

According to the site provided, they only sell to Specialized Traders and NOT to end customers :(

I too have a B9004 head unit and would like to have a USB connector but all the research I went through I couldn't find what I was looking for. Found similar units to the ones on that site but are quite expensive and also no feedback ever found.

The other solution is to go for an after market Head Unit (not OEM) from eBay, you'll have USB connection, DVD player and also an upgradeable SAT Nav system, but again I didn't find any feedback from anyone who got one.

Our last hope is that our GENIUS forum member SHCM will give us a solution for our problem
