Hi there,

I recently brought a 2004 Toyota Yaris but i only got one key with it and the key is broken as it only unlocks the doors and doesn't look them,

I have called a few local Toyota garages and i have been quoted between £120-£180 but with no guarantee also they have informed me that if it is a fault with the transponder it may not work and if that is the case that the transponder is faulty is could cost about a £1000+ to get sorted,

Has anyone heard if this is the case and dose anyone know of any cheaper alternatives?
