Can You Tow With Run Flat

I have a Rav 4 T180,can you tow a caravan if you get a flat tyre. I know it has run flats but i have heard you are not aloud to tow. If anyone can help me plese, thanks Darren.

Hi Ravee,

as a T180 owner & a caravanner,I would not consider it a safe prospect to tow a van with a flat RFT.I bought myself a spare 18" Toyota alloy wheel, c/w RFT & valve,off eBay.Carry it in the van if the car is full up.Peace of mind for long journeys,with or without the caravan.HTH.
