How replacable are the rear bushes where the torsion beam mounts to the chassis?

Or is it a case of a new rear beam?

Haynes says: remove rear beam, straighten bent over sections of internal collar, using long bolt/nut/washer remove bushes, replace, replace rear beam.

Not very complex...
