Rav 4 Xt4 Rear Seat Belt Extensions

Does anyone know how to gain access to the rear seat belts to add an extension onto them for a baby seat? Does anyone have any diagrams of what needs to be removed and where.

Could you not use something like this instead?

Be a lot easier and also transportable between different vehicles.

haha - mine need extending ! And thats without a baby seat! Just as well I have a seat belt exemption certificate !!
