Having installed the Pioneer F900BT head unit yesterday I went in search of the latest firmware. The Pioneer UK/EU was fantastic with all the new updates ready to download for free, or so I thought!

To be able to use the latest firmware you first need to upgrade the head unit to CNSD-100FM, at a cost of £120.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :angry:

What a rip off, imagine paying the full asking price a couple of years ago, of around £700.00, and then having to fork out an extra £120.00 two years later to upgrade.

Sorry Mister Pioneer but I'll just stick with your old firmware, thanks.

Pirates........you have to pay for a firmware upgrade:

I'm sure it will be hosted somewhere for free, no one will pay that.......
