Window Problem In Sienna

Hello, I am new. My 2000 Sienna van driver and passanger windows are not working properly. It started over a year ago and I complained to the dealer about it and of course, it never had a problem when I went to the service department to show them my concern. Now, both the windows will go down but not back up unless I pull them back up. And, of course, now the warranty is over.

Is there a manufacturer problem with the windows? Is there a way to fix them without the dealership involvement? Any suggestions? Thank you.

I'd first take it to them when it's "broken" and see if you can get a free quote. Then go from there.

In general intermittent problems are generally wiring or contact related.
