T180 Tyres

Hi, I have just joined, I bought a 57 plate T180 about 9 months ago, love the car although its a bit heavy on fuel. No problems at all since owning the car but front tyres will need replacing soon. I have read some of the post regarding run flats and I have spoken to a Toyota dealer who wants £400 per tyre plus the possibility of a new ring OR will remove rings and fit normal tyres for £325 per tyre but will only fit a full set owing to I believe for safety reasons. Is it OK to fit just ordinary tyres on the front and keep the rears on fun flats as they have many miles left? Or does anybody know any tyre centres in Devon or Cornwall who will fit fun flats or do the work to change to normal tyres for sensible prices? Thanks in anticipation
