Avensis D4D T2-Causing Back Pain?

2008 T2 avaensis d4d,very happy with it.My wife and I have history of back pain,nothing really major.Lately she's noticed more back,shoulder and neck pain.She spends quite a bit of time driving each day.There doesn't seem to be lumbar support in the Avensis,was in her previous VW.Does anyone else get back pain from driving avensis.Is there any decent lumbar supports?

Yes this would be the only concern I have with mine, to date the only way I can get round this is to have the seat in more of an upright position ! You can buy those bead like supports from JML I think, but they look a bit too OAP for me if you know what I mean !
