hi guys and girls hope everyone is well. i recently had to change starter motor on my 2nd gen surf 2.4 td.after i finished i noticed a grey plug hanging down.one of the wires was broken so i need to fix that the connector is oval shaped and when you look at it inside there are 2 small square yellow blocks which must go to the other connector .it looks as though it has come from around the area of glow plugs .it is in the same loom as the earth for starter.i have felt around and think i have found its home,it feels like its on the block close to starter rail.can anyone shed some light on this as to its function and name.you can not see where it may have come from without striping down, which i hope to avoid ok once again thanks all.
