The key itself is not the problem; Blanks can be gotten off eBay and cut by any competent locksmith, or a decent autolocksmith should be able to supply and cut.

The tricky part is the programming of the immobiliser and/or remote chips!

The dealer can do all of that obviously but they charge a looooot of money...
