2001 Hiace Windscreen Washer Pump

Little or no water flows from front or rear washer jets, even though washer bottle is full and pump motor can be heard operating. Could pump (assuming 1 pump operates front and rear jets) need renewing or could there be another cause? How can cause be diagnosed? If pump is faulty, where is pump located and how is it replaced? Is this a difficult job? Thanks (dalangford)
