Supra Mk 3 Specialist Restorer

My father-in-law has a 1986 Supra Mk3. I think it is the turbo model. He has had it for over 20 years. At the moment it is sitting on blocks in his garage and has not been run for about 10 years. He wants to get the car back on the road and in decent condition but not to concourse standard. Does anyone have any recommendations for good specialists either in the UK or Ireland that would be able to do good work for a reasonable price?
