Toyota Bodycare

We have just ordered a Yaris TR today. I was checking over the Order form when I returned home and realised I couldn't match up 'Bodycare' to any pricing in the brochure. Stupidly I thought this referred to mud plates and scuff plates we ordered, but it seems it may be some kind of bodywork protection. If so then I am a bit annoyed, as at no point in our two visits to Toyota was this ever mentioned, let alone discussed as a purchase option and it wasn't pointed out when he explained the order. I know I should have asked explicitly but as it is around the price of the options we chose, it seemed legitimate.

Does anybody have any experience of Bodycare? Is it for dents and scrapes etc and is it actually worth having? It seems pretty pricey at £345!

Sounds like a paint protection like Supagard, if you didnt specify it, go back and have it taken off the order form

That is one reason why you should take good care when signing in the dealership, make sure you are signing what you asked for, your signature is the exceptance of the contract, so go back and point it out right away
