Supagard Polish Treatment

Hi All

Has anyone ever applied Supagard to his or her car and if so is there any special way you have to apply it. I just bought the wife a new car and had the option to have it done at the Dealer for £300 inside and out but £300 is a lot of money on top of a new car.

From what I've heard Supagard is much more superior to Diamondbrite. I only want to apply it to the exterior not the inside and I would prefer to do it myself then take it to a valeters not that there’s anything wrong with valeters.

I’m hoping someone can give me some advice?

Thanks

John

Hi i had my car supagard when i got it new at the dealer it cost £200.00 pounds

The only thing i have found out with supagard is if you use the auto wash the paint

Work seems to go dull and starts losing its shine

After i had the car 12 months, i had the car paint work re-polished and now use the jet wash

And the paint works looks brand new

All the best

Hi John, I did mine with Diamondbrite and it gave a good result and was easy to apply in 2 stages, later on I used Autoglym which is also very good.

Just as a matter of interest a mate of mine washed his black car the other day and it looked really shiny so I asked him what he used, well he said the secret is a product by Autosmart, you add a cap full of the pink liquid to an empty hand pump spray bottle and add water, spray it on after washing the car (no need to leather off first) and wipe it off with a soft cloth and it comes up brilliant without any smears and a finish like glass! I will be looking to get hold of some asap, hopefully it's not just for trade use.

EDIT:- The autosmart stuff is called Reglaze.;)

Regards Pete.
