05 Avensis Jumping Out Of Gears (3Rd And 4Th)

Hi all,

have a problem :) My 05 avensis D4D started jumping out of gears (mainly 3rd and 4th). The strange thing is that after being parked for the night you start driving and it's fine, but after a while gears starts to jump out again. Then next day drove the car to a library about 5 miles both ways and the gears are fine. If driving for a long period of time even on M25 after about 20 miles it starts to act out again....Lots of complaints about jumping out of 5th gear online but nothing like that. Anyone had a problem like this?
