Corolla Verso Fuel Tank And Reserve Mileage

Hi,

the handbook on my 53 plate 1.6 T2 Corolla Verso states that once the reserve warning light illuminates, fill up as soon as possible. Not particularly helpful because it doesn't give even an anpproximate remaining range in miles or km.

Could someone please advise a ball-park figure of roughly how many litres/gallons or miles there are left before the tank runs dry, once the reserve fuel warning light illuminates?

And finally, what is the total fuel tank capacity and what motorway mileage should the engine be delivering (compared with what I'm actually getting according to the trip calculator) at a steady 70 mph over a 5-hour journey?

Think the fuel tank capacity was 50 litres.

hi can anyone tell me were i can purchase a fuel tank for a toyota corolla verso d4d 2.2 lt reg ea58upr i have had crazy priceses latest one £400 got to be a better deal than that. be greatfull for any help.regards .Brian.
