Previa Alarm Problem

Our Previa has developed an alarm problem as of last night. 2002 D4D CDX. It's quite predictable as follows:

Lock car with single button push. 5 minutes later alarm sounds. Unlock and leave alone to self lock doors. As soon as doors self lock (30 seconds) alarm sounds again.

Lock car with double push on button. As above.

Lock car with 3 pushes on button to disable internal sensors. Currently waiting and not gone off after 5 minutes, but did go off last night when re-locked in this mode, just after a longer time.

Just messing about with it, I noticed the key lock in either of the front doors does not unlock the car if locked with the push button on the key.

With triple press on the button, it took about 30 minutes to sound, but then only sounded for maybe 30 seconds and switched off itself, then started again after about a minute.

Left it unlocked last night and the Mrs went out today and locked it after she came back. Not a peep from the alarm all day!
