I have a 2002 Yaris. Can anyone tell me how to get access to, and replace, the rear window brake light bulb. After a cursory look, I cannot see how to remove the cover to access the actual bulb.

Any ideas anyone ?

You have to press the rear of the cover in and pull down. You will then see a single bolt on the drivers side which will release the bulbholder. That is if I remember correctly! The instructions are in the handbook.

Somewhere in the world there must be two enormous warehouses.

One is filled with all the cheques lost in the post ...

The other is full of car handbooks and second keys, because every owner of a new car manages to lose them before selling them on.

For god's sake HOW? :bangin:

Hi guys. Sorry to bump up this thread but I found it via Google. I seem to have the exact same problem as the OP. The only difference is, I managed to get the cover off but I can't for the life of me put it back on. I don't know which way I'm supposed to re-attach it. It's a 2001 Yaris btw.

Thanks.
