Rav4 P1140 P1155 Fault Codes

The Check engine light came up and I read out P1140 and P1155 fault codes. As far as I can work out the RAV4 engine is monitored in two banks of 2 cylinders. I'm slightly puzzled as these appear to relate to an air/fuel sensor on one bank and a post cat sensor on the other. Has anyone had these codes and can they tell me if they do indeed imply i need 2 new sensors. Any help much appreciated, Julian
